Meet the Team

As a mortgage professional, I work with many real estate agents, and the difference is clear when you work with truly experienced professionals. Holly and Michael of the O’Dwyer Brainard Team are exactly that. Their local knowledge, strong communication, and ability to anticipate potential issues make the entire transaction smoother for everyone involved. They stay engaged from the initial offer through closing, advocate for their clients, and keep all parties informed without adding unnecessary pressure to the process. They are top-notch real estate professionals, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home in the area.

Holly is hands down the greatest realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. With a lot of realtors, you can feel like they're just trying to get you into a house ASAP so they can make their commission, but not with Holly. She made us feel like she was helping her own children buy a house. She took us to some listings and had us immediately walk out, knowing that the house wasn't the right fit for us. As first-time home buyers, there is so much you don't know, and Holly was with us every step of the way. She went above and beyond, every step of the way. I will sing her praises to anyone who cares to listen — I can't recommend her enough.

I can't recommend Holly highly enough. As someone completely new to the process, I was equal parts excited and terrified. But Holly transformed the entire experience into a smooth, stress-free journey. From the very first conversation, Holly shone. She has this incredible ability to listen to what you want in a home. Forget generic open house tours – Holly became a house-hunting mind reader! Every property we viewed felt like it was hand-picked for me, perfectly matching my wishlist and budget. But Holly's expertise goes beyond just finding the right houses. Her knowledge of the local market is phenomenal. She patiently explained every step of the b...

Michael and Holly are delightful to work with and an amazing team together. They understand your wants and needs and have so much knowledge and experience between them. Highly recommend!

This team did a wonderful job selling my childhood home. They were kind, efficient, and got a great price!

Holly and Michael are simply the best: honest, trustworthy, smart. They successfully marketed and sold our home in no time. More importantly, during a period of particularly low inventory, Holly and Michael sourced us a home that was exactly the right fit and saw both deals through to completion. Whereas most agents were concerned more with simply listing our home and not finding us a place to buy, Holly and Michael approached the situation with an unmatched level of concern for our future. Holly and Michael have easily become our trusted real estate advisors. Their level of involvement in the community and their spirit of giving back are admirable ...

I worked with Holly and Michael on my sale and purchase. They made a stressful situation so much easier with their knowledge and hard work. I truly do not think there is a situation they cannot handle. Dream team!

I have known Holly for about 6 years. Since that time, she has been my go-to realtor. She has helped with personal deals and family deals and has been an incredible referral for my clients. In each and every case, she gets it done. If there is a complication, she always has a solution. I met Michael through Holly about 3 years ago when they partnered, and in my opinion, they complement each other and make an awesome team for their clients. I would highly recommend Holly and Michael. You will be in great hands.

Holly was our first call when we decided to sell our home. It was a painless process from start to finish: staging, Photos, Open House, negotiations - she did it all! We were in contract within a week. We were very happy with Holly and the O'Dwyer-Brainard team. Highly Recommend.

The O’Dwyer-Brainard team made selling our parents' home one of the easiest things we’ve ever done!
